Renay Bates has been with Kneece Law Firm since 2015. She grew up in Manning, South Carolina and began her legal career in a local law firm in Manning in 1984. She has an extensive background in the legal profession primarily in the residential and commercial loan area. She works well with clients, agents, lenders, title abstractors and title companies in handling real estate matters from start to finish. 

She is married to James Bates and has three children and five grandchildren.
